It’s a Low impact, low intensity workout with plenty of energy style class. This class is ideal for the active older adult, people with balance issues, arthritis, recovering from surgery, pregnant, just starting out, or just not ready for the higher impact/intense dance moves & strength workout. Chairs are used during strength or as needed. Carry in light weights, water & clean workout shoes to change into prior to class.

Both classes are year round at City Call
Jazzercise Strength 45 - Become stronger by attending our 45 minute choreographed strength class. You'll work your body from head to toe using your own body weight and light hand held weights. Upper torso, core & lower body strength work in a follow the leader style class. Use of chairs optional.
