Personal Training Basic is an on-going class that you can jump into anytime! Make it personal. Take your fitness to the next level. Work your body using weights, resistant tubes and your own body weight. You’ll work in small groups doing functional exercise, gaining flexibility and balance while building muscle. Your instructor will assist you with personal attention to help you use correct technique to receive the most from your PT class. Every week we will focus on the total body and include exercises for Lovely Legs or Just Abs or Work your Core or Arm Day. Equipment: Mats and weights available at class. Carry in clean aerobic sneakers to change into for class.
Classes are 30-45 minutes long
10 Class Punch pass - Valid for 3 months - $100.00 Residents - $120.00 for Non-Residents

Please come 15 minutes early if you are coming for the first time to sign a waiver.
