Experience a yoga class which integrates grounding postures (asanas) and breathing techinques (pranayama) with awareness, culminating in a deep restful relaxation (savasana). Appropriate for everyone. To include all bodies and ages. All classes are created in accordance with life's rythms and transitions.
Yoga is practiced barefoot on a mat. We have mats available but your own is preferred. Non slip socks and a blanket optional.
